Once a Bill or schedule has been submitted to the Defendant, we will utilise our specialist case management software to ensure that we vigorously chase for a reasonable offer on a weekly basis without fail. Negotiations will always be conducted by the fee earner who drafted the Bill, to ensure that they are firmly in command of all the relevant facts and are therefore best placed to maximise your costs recovery. All negotiations will be carried out aggressively and tenaciously until we have recovered every last penny available. Our charges will be based on a percentage of the profit costs we recover for you and not on the amounts claimed. This encourages us to achieve the very highest settlements possible.
